2012 Meeting Objectives
The objectives of this annual meeting are to present and evaluate new ideas, techniques and methodology and treatment of children with limb deficiencies, and to provide the participants with an opportunity to clinically evaluate and directly interact with proponents of new research knowledge pertinent to the management of these children. Participants will hear and view presentations in a variety of formats including scientific paper presentations, posters, symposia, and special presentations. There will be an opportunity for speakers to present challenging cases and creative solutions. A technical and scientific workshop format is used to present new approaches and ideas to difficult or unsolved problems.
Who Should Attend?
Physicians, nurses, orthotists, prosthetists, social workers, rehabilitation engineers, physical and occupational therapists, and other health professionals who care for children with orthopaedic and related disabilities will benefit.
Continuing Education Credit
CME has been applied for from ACCME through joint sponsorship with the AAOS. CEUs have been applied for through ABC. At time of print, the number of hours/credits have not yet been determined.

The 2012 ACPOC Annual Meeting will take place at The Banff Centre, 107 Tunnel Mountain Rd, Banff, Alberta, Canada from April 11th to April 14th. Social Events
ACPOC Dine Around will be hosted at Balken ~ The Greek Restaurant on Friday, April 13, 2012. The restaurant is built around the tradition of an ancient Greek philosophy of welcoming all guests and treating them like long lost family.
