ACPOC MISSION STATEMENT
ACPOC is committed to be recognized as a resource of current treatment options provided by professionals who serve children with various orthopedic impairments associated with limb deficiency, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, and burns.
ACPOC will provide information to allow patients and patient's families to access clinics and other healthcare providers that specialize in the treatment of children and adults with these impairments.
ACPOC endeavors to provide opportunities to educate our membership through our quarterly news letters, the website and our annual conference.
ACPOC seeks to stimulate clinical research which will further advance the technology and approaches used to treat children with these diagnoses.
ACPOC offers an environment that promotes team collaboration by all medical professionals who work with children including but not restricted to physicians, orthotists, prosthetists, therapists and nurses.
